Honey Mustard Vinaigrette


    • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1 1/2 Tbs honey dijon mustard
    • 1 1/2 Tbs whole grain dijon mustard
    • 4 Tbs honey
    • Pepper to taste


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until combined
  2. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, shake well before serving
