Ingredients
 
Dried dates
Blue cheese

Directions
 
Preheat oven to 375 F
 
Remove pits from dates it they have any. Do so by making a slit in the top of the date; if there are no pits, make this cut. Stuff with about 1/2 tsp of blue cheese. Wrap with 1/2 slice of raw bacon. Hold in place with toothpicks if necessary. (Date should be closed around the cheese and the bacon should be a nice seal to keeping it from melting out during baking.) Place on a baking sheet and bake until the bacon is at desired crispiness. - Submitted by Lindsey Boncore
